PERFECTION ACQUIRES AFFINIA’S AFTERMARKET CLUTCH HYDRAULIC BUSINESS

TIMMONSVILLE, SC, DECEMBER 3, 2008: Perfection (Timmonsville, SC), a Marmon Highway Technologies – Berkshire Hathaway company has announced an agreement with Affinia Group Inc (Ann Arbor, MI) to acquire the clutch hydraulic business from Affinia’s Global Brake and Chassis business unit. The two companies will be working together in the coming months to finalize this transaction, and to insure a smooth transition with Affinia’s customers and suppliers.
